Lets not forget to keep filling up the winter washer fluid.. I kept forgetting over the last couple days .. I had to put in a full bottle that was 4L and that barely brought it to the top !!

Haha, how timely, I just filled up as well this afternoon. I use the MotorMaster purple Teflon stuff. Pretty good stuff for crappy tire brand and cheap too. :smile:

:lol: thats so funny .. i used the EXACT same stuff. It works great and is protected up to -45 (which wouldn't take much when its -30 with windchill and then you're going 100 clicks in the highway)

I still use RainX. I love it..

The only problem I have with it, is if you use too much, it leaves a distinct coating on your windsheild.

Not bad in the day. But it gives a WICKED glare at night. Makes it hard to see..

interesting. I didn't know they have a winshield washer fluid .. Is it suppose to repel water and all that fun stuff like their glass cleaner ?

RainX is awesome, the rain just beads off your windshield so you don't even need your wipers. I didn't know they had a winter version though.

I think the normal stuff is like $2 usually ?? but I could be wrong. Yeah the teflon stuff is cool. It has all sorts of chemicals n shit in it and breaks up ice and snow really good.

That's a good point, I've always wondered what the effects may be. I'm assuming and hoping that it's totally safe or else there would be a lot of lawsuits running around.

ya but if it takes all the salt,snow and ice off the window its probably safe to say it strips the wax/polish off the car.

I've just accepted my car will look like ass in the winter. I was at pete's when we were going to SpeedoRama and my car was so bad that the lights didn't work cause the front was COVERED in salt.
