Well this is the very first solo 2 event of the season. The Wosca Spring series. Great beginners event on a big open lot. Now Toyota still has not demolished the lot and mall so Wosca is still able to use the parking lot for events which is great.

Details below

Registration starts at 9:30 AM and closes at 10:30 AM. Driver's meeting at 10:45 am (First car around 11am). All competitors MUST attend the driver's meeting.

Classing: Cars will be classed the same way as per CASC rules.
If you need any help let me know.

From London, drive east on the 401 until you get to the County Rd 2 (Dundas St.) exit for Woodstock (Ext# 238B, 2nd exit past the 403 ramp). Take Highway 2 West 1km. Mall is on the right hand side. Gas and food can be found further up the road in town. There is an Esso station just east of the 401 on Hwy 2.

It went really good. Not too many people showed up so runs went pretty quick and no marshaling so that made things pretty cool. First run was very slipery for everyone. The lot was dirty and almost everyones tires just got out of the garage or basement.

Even my first run i was sliding around especialy after the last straight at the top of secound gear braking down into a 65 degree left hander which lead straight into a long slalom.
For some reason under braking (ABS off) the car snaped to the left and flew sideways into the turn. I let off the brake and lightly pushed down on the accelirator and pulled out. lol
I wish i could say it was skill but all luck baby.
Nice weather the course design was amazing. No pin turns very open and fast.
About a 40 secound course average i would say.

One of the first timers on that same 65 degree turn on the exit of it went a bit wide and onto the gravel which spun him out and over a concrete devider and into the ditch.
He was lucky and escaped with a scraped rim and bent rear sway bar. Said he would be back :D

Pictures to follow soon.

Andrew also stopped by and i let him drive my car and i drove his. I gotta say i love his car :P lol
