Muskoka Meet / Sound Pound Show

Alright...camping, Muskoka Sound Pound, going to the Kee of Bala! It's happening on Saturday June 28 and Sunday June 29th (NOTE: This is the long weekend) Vote if you're in or out!

Edit: 54-40 will be at the Kee on Saturday night.
I contacted the organizers for Muskoka Sound Pound and he said that it would be $50 per car entered....!!! :|

The Kee da Bala(sp) is always a great party place with great live bands all summer especialy on the long weekends.

i've spoken with the organizers of sound pound, and they are willing to waive the late registration fee if c7 members sign up the day of. for those that have yet to sign up for the mukoka portion of the meet, post here. thanks goes to dianne (d3park) and dap (silversilver) for organizing this meet.

No problems....take Hwy 11 up north till you see Gravenhurst....take the exit....your frist turn after the overpass on your left by the Tim Hortons and cruise through town till you see "China House Restaurant" across from the CDN Tire store and I will be there waiting. I would suggest getting here before 9:30 to make it for 11 to Huntsville. I will have to leave you guys around 1pm to be at a important function and joining you with Dianne later on in the evening. If wanted to set your tents up first, I'd say be here by 8:30 so we have time to go to the campground and do that crap.

Well campsite has been booked. Had to sweet talk the site owner to let you wild young ones in cause they were afraid of rowdyness and disturbing the families there but they ended up giving us a field where we can park our cars together. She's hoping that it will create some interest and they can hold a show there in the future. They already hold an annual motorcycle show in their grounds in August every year. Told her that we'd be there early to set up our tents etc.. and then leaving for the day.

thanks goes out to dap (silversilver) and dianne (d3park) for making the muskoka meet a success. thanks guys for taking us through town, booking a campsite for us, and for the nice dinner at dap's restaurant!

at the one campsite there was brandon, peter (piotrov), his brother, and myself. we laid out the tent brent lent us and just stared at it...we agreed to forget it since it was pitch black and we didn't know how to set up the tent :oops: after sitting around our makeshift campfire and exchanging very interesting stories for hours, we all went to bed in our cars :lol: all i can say is that if you ever need to sleep in your car, the gt-s leather seats (passanger specifically) goes far back and reclines perfectly. i had an excellent sleep, although i will not speak on behalf of the others :giggle:
