Anyone?? Anyone??
I'll be there again. I feels like forever since the last event I was at. Maybe the break will have done me good.

Well Sunday turned out to be a pretty good day - at least we got to run an event this time. The layout was pretty quick, with a figure-8 at the top end of the course. Seemed like there were a lot of new people out, and a lot of the regulars seemed to take the day off. A lot of off courses in the first run, so maybe the layout was a bit confusing.
When I arrived I was a little worried when I saw them painting the lines in the lot. I wasn't going to be in a good mood if they cancelled a second event in a row. I was starting to think the Push It To The Limit guys are cursed. Fortunately, we were able to proceed as planned.
It was nice to meet a fellow C7er - Greg with is AWD Turbo Celica. Greg got to learn a bit about car control, course layout and tire pressures. He steadily improved through the day. One big scary moment, but otherwise it went well. I hope Greg comes out again.
Anyway, hope to see a few more people out at the next event, scheduled for Saturday, August 12th.
Todd
