Japan Post to streamline work after Toyota method

TOKYO — Japan Post kicked off a training program Tuesday to streamline mail collection and delivery services based on Tokyo Motor Corp's production method, officials said.
For the program, Japan Post has gathered 39 workers from 13 selected post offices at Koshigaya Post Office in Saitama Prefecture, which is serving as a rationalization model. (Kyodo News)
