2 Fast 2 Furious Fan Causes Crash
June 10, 2003

High-speed racing flick 2 Fast 2 Furious starring Paul Walker and Tyrese, has been linked to a fatal driving accident which took place in California Sunday night.

One man was left dead and two others are in critical condition in Granada Hills after a White Nissan - which police say was travelling between 80 and 90 miles per hour or more - hit another car, instantly killing its 78-year-old driver.

Police say the two men in the Nissan had just come from a screening of America's number one movie 2 Fast 2 Furious.

Los Angeles Police Department officers will now be patrolling select theatres showing the movie because of street-racing concerns.
