Good Day and Welcome!
I think we would do a group by on the Blitz filters, as I myself would be purchasing at least 2 or 3 at a time.

Hello and welcome to the club! Nice to have another Celica owner aboard. I am interested in a few parts for my 2000 Celica GT.
Do you have a website? Also how can I contact you? Do you use ICQ or MSN? If not an email address would be fine.
I am also interested in the Blitz SUS LM replacement filters.

FOR the person wanting:
kyb agx adjustables? total taxes in?
do u want to buy me couple month old ones?
almost new!!
or do you want brand spanking new?
i have both !
tell me what u would like.
THanks,
Majid/Behrooz Rezaee
How much do you want for your couple month old KYBs? I might be interested! What kind of drop can they handle?
I have Skunk2 coilovers waiting to be installed but I want to get new shocks first. I am still debating between Koni Yellows (can you also get me a price on these) or the KYB AGX adjustables.
You can email me if you'd like - scotty01@ican.net

He's definately still around, Icq'd him, and just bought his shocks & struts...we made a great deal on his KYB's...he's been busy @ the store, and was sick and never made it into work (to check for prices with the store owner - his dad)...but I'm sure he'll be back...he was very sincere with me..

I'm gonna keep that hush until we agree it's oK to disclose it...just out of respect for him...but it was a great deal...
3 weeks later, and nothing. Bah, I can't be bothered with half-assed vendors. Every site gets 'em. I'll give my $ to those that want the business!

some of us met him today. cool guy. he's been to busy to even check up on the board, let alone answer e-mails. if you guys are in a great need of parts, give him a call and tell him you are from the c7 celica club.
he also gave us interesting insight that i'm sure none of you even knew about...but i will keep that quiet
You've never been an entreprenuer have you pete? You don't come to a forum, work up some hype, then bugger off. That's bad business practice. You have to follow through, there is no such thing as 'no time'. If you give ICQ and email as a means of dealing, you better damned well stand by it.
It takes all but 5 minutes to read/reply to email. I'm not asking to have a catalog typed out by hand here, I'm asking for 3 simple prices and a shipping fee. EZ.

well you both have valid points .. If he knew he was going to be busy with things he should have said something to the effect on the board that he won't be able to come online for a couple weeks but feel free to call the shop. It was poor communication

I have to agree with Andrew on this one. Nothing annoys me more than when I've ICQ'ed Howard (PPP) wanting to buy something he responds within 2 minutes - but when I have a complaint or ask where my parts are that I've ordered there is no reply for days at a time.
Good business practice means good communication.

I'm waiting for the day when everyone 'rediscovers' that the BEST retailers are not the ones with the cheapest prices, but the ones with the BEST SERVICE..
'stuff' you can buy anywhere, but good service? Very very rare..
Good sales reps can ALWAYS find work..

hehe .. well there is a medium .. I certainly don't mind paying a little more for a product if I get good service. Places like JRP have excellent service. However their prices are noticably (as in A LOT) higher on some things ..

Remember...this board doesn't endorse or sponsor particular retailers...thus far we've welcomed any & all retailers & vendors to be free to post, and handle their business as they will (which includes the timeliness of their communications )
... if people have concerns or issues about retailers...remember to take it up with the retailer/vendor..not with members that frequent the board (like Pete)
for the record I met with him @ the show and he again expressed his intentions to offer business to the board at good prices...we told him to log on cuz' lots of people are looking for price quotes...
he said the best way to get in touch with him is to call the shop:
Now I've just pulled this off Canada 411 (like any of you can also do):
Future Auto Performance Phone: (416)288-1777 ***
1412 Kennedy Road,*Scarborough,*ON*M1P*2L7
(remember not everyone is on a computer all day @ work or home)

I think the bottom line is they did make a mistake .. they should have said they weren't going to be that available. However as the others posted they seem to have a genuine interest in coming out to the meets and getting good prices.
