Hey you have the TRD drop don't you ?

I'm looking to drop my car. Just wondering if you did the shocks as well, I'm looking to do a very small drop. I'm thinking I'll do a Very small drop and then add side skirts.

I don't have any springs... yet. But from what you tell me you are an agressive driver, so you'll need shocks sooner than later. I'm still running stock springs and my shocks need replacing already in my opinion.

Stock Celi shocks suck!

I've been studying the Teins SS today. Not sure if I should spend the extra money on them or save $500 and get konis and Hotchkis springs.

First I got the eibach pro-kits...the same spring manufacturer for TRD springs...the drop was cheesy @ only 1" all around...

So I went more agressive..got the SPORTLINE's from Eibach...roughly 2" drop all around. WAY more tight on the curves...still on stock shocks...but I'm upgrading to performance KONI's or Tokico's"...it's awesome...and I can still swing 19's without rubbing...

I'm not dropping for performance..just slammin' style...

Eibach makes a better spring...I've got no camber happening...when Pete did his with H&R..he got camber screwed up almost instantly..I drive aggressive and hard in the corners...and I'm FLAT...wait till the rubber goes on..

hehe something like 1" is all I want. I want to do a small drop and then body kit .. with the body kit its going to lower the car anywayz.. I do want to get shocks but I just know I don't have have cash for it all at once so I'm wondering if I can go without for a short while. My guess is I should be alright .. you still got your old spings :D lol .. out of curiousity how much were they ?

hehe fair enough. I checked .. they only have the sportline. which is too much of a drop for me. I'll keep my eye open. I'm not ready to buy just yet anyhow probably in a month or so.

Hey bro, the progress are actually 1.5/1.6 drop. The H&R's are a 1.3 all around. Brandon, go with H&R. It is a little lower then the TRD's but still a lil higher then what you consider "too low" for your taste. Also the H&R will sink in too a 1.4 or 1.5 all around after a month or so. A high quality spring also...

actually i was just talking to scotty this morning. he is going to sell me his TRD springs for $200 cash .. what you guys think good deal?? Also I have a steep driveway (Grant couldn't go up it in Reverse and barely made it going fwd). So after a slight drop and body kit I don't want to be too low.

Not bad...I just need a rear valance and I should be good to go for a kit, also...no huge weight added and much nicer look... I hated kits at first now I love them...

$200 CAD...is a bargain for TRD springs...decent drop, and good handling...
