aight so as usual, here is the story and pics to go along with it... BTW, I ended up placing 2nd in my class! WoOt!!

well, it didnt stay on for long... here's what high velocity winds and rain will do to painter's tape...

on top of that my buddy with the NSX encountered problems all the way there... first, we didnt even make it past Pickering when he got a CEL... he got worried and didnt wanna push on since it was gonna be a long ride so he got off and headed towards Gilmans in Scarboro while we continued on... Raymond diagnosed it as the O2 sensor but everything else was okay so off he went... midway to catching up to us, his rear CF diffuser broke a bracket and started dragging behind him (JDM CF diffuser = $3000 *GULP*) so he got off and ghetto-fabbed a new bracket from Crappy Tire (luckily he got off an exit where there was a CT)... at this point he's more than an hour behind us and to make matters worse, in an effort to catch up to us, he gets nabbed by a cop near Kingston which funny enough didnt pull him over for speeding, since he slowed down well in advance, but because the cop detected he had a radar detector on board... luckily again, no ticket but the device was confiscated... what else can go wrong?!?!
by that time, we were well into Montreal and begging the organizers at Olympic Stadium to let us in since it was 10:30 and they stopped letting ppl in at 10pm... luckily for me, one of them noticed my RW banner and thought I was with the Hankook booth and let us in... LOL! washed my car quickly and left the car for the morning to finish detailing...

the show opened to the public at 5pm on Friday afternoon until 5pm on Sunday so it was a loooooooong show... but I was smart about it... I found out they were judging my class on Saturday morning so we pretty much left her there after that... luckily again, we roll into the show at 11am on Saturday only to find them judging my car! the judge asked if I wanted a few minutes to set up since he was about half way thru reading the spec sheet I left behind on my dash... another stroke of luck came when I found out that he was an Accord owner as well (same gen even!) and he really thought my custom touches were very original... so I think I won him over that way... the only Accord I was really worried about that was gonna win for sure was this silver 6th gen here:
let's see... lambos, MOMO seats and matching steering wheel, even the same M5 lip as me but the focker one upped me by having it in CF!

BUT!! what you dont see is on the driver side hidden from public view is a HUGE dent in the rear 3/4 panel (which I couldnt take pics of... lol)... the judge divulged that because of that, he was out of the running... but who knows, he might have been the one to take 1st place cuz I didnt bother to pay attention after they called my name for 2nd... LMAO

what's cool is that the HU also has a slot for SD memory cards, so I put that last pic of Mandy looking at the trunk on all the screens and ppl checking out the car were doing double-takes when she stood beside it... lol
oh and since there is very limited space in the trunk for audio, a 12-inch sub was put in the passenger footrest...
here are two of my most favorite cars... one of them, I'm positive, won Best of Show but I didnt stick around to find out which.. hehe... the CL beat my friend's NSX as Best Acura Other...
both coincidentally from the US (those fockers down there dont mess around)... first up is a CL from New Jersey... House of Kolors candy orange, lambo doors, widebody, superwide Axis Se7en Mod rims (with a spare :rolleyes: ), turbo, and lots of custom body work...
