Im curious what class should i go for in 2005?
Im thinking of running with my stock springs and shocks.
So far for mods i have,
Sway Bars,
Strut Bars
Lower tie bars
Short shifter
Engine bushing inserts
Seats and harness
And im planning on putting back the Cold Air intake.
What class would that put me in? Im still totaly confused about how to classify my car.. LOL
any help would be greatly apreciated!

Well, you're definately not in stock unless you remove pretty much everything.
So that leaves either Super Stock, or Street Prepared.
Sway bars - 1 point each
In SS you can use the strut bars, but not the lower tie bars. In SP you can use both.
Short Shifter is free.
Cold Air intake is free, so might as well put it back.
Seats are 1 point each. Harnesses are free
The engine bushings, technically you have to claim 4 points for. But I'd recommend you just don't tell anyone about them :ninja:
Shocks are free
Springs are 3 points
SO, that means that if you remove the lower tie bars, you can leave the Tein springs in, and leave everything else the way it is. That should give you exactly 6 points. Which means you can run in D-Super Stock. But 6 points is the max that SS allows, so if you add just one more mod, that bumps you up to Street Prepared again.

Hmm... interesting.. Street Prepared is a tough class!
Might just pull the lower tie bars off and go into Super stock.. What you think?
I should have started off in stock but already had the mods on.. Hard to learn driving on a already modded car.

DSS is just a tough as DSP. The only difference is that instead of fighting Subie's and VW's. You'll be up against Honda's and Mazda's.

ahaha I might as well stay in DSP and save myself on new magnetic numbers.. lol
If i added brake pads and R compund tires with all the current modds i have now. including my coilovers.. would i still be in DSP??

Brake pads are tires are free. So they will not affect your class.
