I can't really say much about them. Obviously I don't have any first hand interaction with them, however that being said as long as they aren't hurting innocent people I could really care less.

For me gang wars have always been little concern to me. Obviously innocent people usually end up getting hurt but I could care less when one gang kills another gang member. Thats part of the life so no one involved should really be surprised.
