yeah i can help you out...but not any time soon (exams coming up).
so if you can wait until say the poker run date i can do it for you. if not i'll leave you with some tips.
1.) grab a wash towel
2.) soak it in a water/car soap mix.
3.) wipe the area where you will be applying the vinyl with the soaked towel.
4.) use you hand and put some more soap bubbles onto the area.
5.) peel off the vinyl and place it on the wet area.
6.) move it around, adjust it to your liking. don't worry if it went on the wrong way, since the surface is wet, you can change at ease.
7.) once you finalized the position, grab a credit card or airmiles etc., and squeege (sp?) out the liquid. this action will remove air bubbles and straighten the vinyl.
8.) let it dry, don't touch it.
9.) there you have it. strong material, will stay on even if it snows, rains etc.

Ok i noticed a slight problem. I just matched one side of the tail light to the overlay and the overlay is a little short on the top when i put it flush against the bottom. The top piece only covers the top so it dont make up for the empty space. Also the side piece doesnt match at all.
its rounded at the top ( or the bottom) and there is not round edges on the side of the tail lights... Is there a trick to this???
Also do i have to take the tail lights out to do this?

ok I took some pics of what i mean.
This big peace that covers the main part of the tail light is a bit too small.
I left a bit of a gap at the bottom but still its not flush at the top with the top peace.

This piece doesnt match at all. Now the piece is marked L for left side but
i figured maybe just a miss label so i tried it on the right side and this is what it looks like.

i had the same problem with the red-outs.
it didn't cover 100% of the tailight at the bottom thus a little orange could be seen when flashing.
i would suggest you e-mail/pm bat and see what he says. he probably will give you an exchange.

man I"m glad you posted that...I was gonna get that but the fitment looks pretty poor...unless bat can cut a better fit...let's wait to see what he can offer... I love the v14 look, but not if it don't fit

i'll admit something as well. the wings west end cap vinyl wasn't cut to fit as i hoped. if you look closely, i know brandon did, you can see that the vinyl doesn't cover the entire area. its not a big deal for me, just adding my pennies.
for those that are reading, bat's products are of the highest caliber, just once in a while they can be slightly defective...but he will take care of it

Hi Pete,
Looks like you have 2 of the same pieces for the side. Looks like I'll need to ship RIGHT side piece? As for the gap near the top, the kit was designed that way, reason being, is because the sharp bend does not allow for a smooth flat application. The gap is about 1/8th of an inch and is uniform throughout. Not really noticable at all until you're up close and it still looks nice imo.
I just looked at the pic of the side piece again, and that appears to be a piece for the 3rd brakelight kit! At any rate, I will send you a replacement piece right away. I stand behind all of my kits, I have an excellent track record when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction! Your replacement piece will be shipped first thing in the morning
BTW, here are pics of my v14 kit
