Wasn't even offered it when I bought my car. I asked about all sorts of options, and my dealer said there really wasn't anything.

I don't know if he was trying not to rip me off (cause he new me) or he was just a moron...

Okay you can see it on this M3, it's painted red so it's hard to tell. But they act as door guard, cuz ppl get door dents/scratches from others opening their door. That door guard helps cuz you probably just have to repaint that piece, or replace it.[/url]

ahh I see what you're talking about .. the celica doesn't really have lines to be able to have that .. at least from what I can see ..

I've actually seen a pic of it. I think it was in black. didn't look too bad, kinda broke the car up a bit. But it looked a little cheap, cause you never see a celica with them, so it was out of place.

not bad at all. if I had that, I wouldn't have a series of one inch scratches on my driver door from a pregnant lady slipping on the ice and using my car to save her baby.....

look atthe way the celica is designed
those moldings cant physically run parallel to the door lines
that's why it looks so bad
